The Keystone Hearing Institute is owned by a Doctor of Audiology. The owner and staff has experience working in private practice, ENT office, and hospital based facilities.
Anthony W. Fowler, Audiologist
Doctor Fowler earned his Doctorate of Audiology from Salus University and is a proud Penn State graduate where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Disorders and a Master’s degree in Audiology.
Dr. Fowler has worked in hospital and private practice audiology settings. He is credited with implementing the newborn hearing screening program at PinnacleHealth hospitals.
Dr. Fowler has owned and operated The Keystone Hearing Institute since 2000. In his time away from the office, he enjoys working in his gardens, and hiking with his family.

Judi is a graduate of Essex Community College and Harrisburg Area Community College where she specialized in Medical Billing. She has 20+ years working in the medical field helping patients and doctors with their billing and insurance needs. In her spare time, she enjoys gardening, spending time with family and friends, riding her motorcycle, taking care of her animals, volunteering with the American Legion, and helping with fundraising for the Wounded Warrior Project and the Gary Sinise Foundation.
